PLEASE PUT A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO USE THE SUSPENSION METHOD SO THAT WE CAN MAKE THE EDGES OF YOUR MOULDS WIDER FOR EASIER CLAMPING .

With reference to the expanding foam method, our leaflet is being updated as we have also found that doing the first layer of foam and pressing onto the item(removing the air from the foam), the 2nd layer is applied once the 1st is dry but not pressed to remove air, this works as well if not better than the original method.
